Happy Pet Spaw is a local dog grooming company with multiple locations (3) here in the Bay Area. However, with this being said I only worked with one of their new locations in Daly City.
Before
They were struggling to gain market share in a crowded market (San Francisco) because they were charging 2x what competitors were. Which, as a result, left them tight on cash and in a crunch.

My Solution
Rather than throwing in the towel and lowering their prices to fit in with the marketplace. I help them broker a deal with one of the largest dog non-profits in San Francisco. Where in exchange for every dog the dog non profit sent over to get groomed they would donate a portion of their purchase to the dog non profit.
Why
They didn’t have a lot of money to spend on advertising. But they had healthy margins and some of their best customers were crazy about rescuing dogs.
The Results
Once the promotion began this location doubled it’s profits in under 20 days.
