The Sidhu Team is a husband and wife real estate team serving the Bay Area that helps home buyers find their forever homes, investors find investment properties, and homeowners sell their houses for the highest price possible.
Before
They were fairly successful, doing far more business than the average realtor, but wanted to get more listings. However, up until this point, they got to where they were at based on sheer willpower and had no real strategy to scale and do more listings.

My Solution
Tailor their marketing to appeal to their best customers so that they could acquire more customers like them.
Increase the marketing budget.
Capitalize on each existing listing, by launching a new marketing campaign to go out to each neighborhood they got a listing in that included with multiple touches to the neighborhood, with the goal of turning each property they sold into 2 or 3 listings.

Their marketing at the time wasn’t grabbing their market by the throat and forcing them to pay attention and inquire. We changed that by doing more of what their best marketing in the past accomplished.
After reviewing their customer acquisition costs, we found they were doing so very profitably, so we increased their marketing budget.
One of the biggest things in real estate is trust, (since for most people, selling their home is the biggest transaction of their life). And one of the best ways to build trust with people to is to show them what happens when somebody just like them took the action they are thinking about taking. And making it a priority to show the neighbors of the home they were selling how they sold their neighbor’s property and the results they produced. They were able to build an extraordinary amount of trust with anyone in the neighborhood who was thinking about selling their home and as a result get that business.
