Beyond Rescue is a volunteer run non profit in the Bay. That’s on a mission to make the world a better place by keeping dogs out of shelters and helping them find their forever homes.

My Solution
Rather than trying to get more people to adopt a dog. (They take who they allow to adopt dogs very seriously and won’t just give a dog to anybody.) I suggested they leverage the audience they had built throughout the years in order to promote a transaction their audience would love and support. Which we determined was dog walking.
Why
After years of being in operation, they had established a huge amount of trust and goodwill with the dog lovers in the community.
The Results
They went to their audience promoted this dog grooming company and as a result of the money they sent over they made 3x the average amount of monthly donations they typically receive in under 30 days.
